Who I Am
I'm a Senior Digital Designer with 15+ years of experience, based in Lisbon. I started my career in Brazil, working across agencies and studios in brand identity and art direction, and for the past few years I've led the design function at Global Citizen Solutions, an advisory firm operating in over 50 countries.
My work today sits at the intersection of design and AI. I built and shipped a suite of AI Design Systems that automate our production, brochures, decks, social content, image generation, and that drove a 2.5x increase in output with no added headcount. Beyond that, I lead UX/UI and design systems work end-to-end, and I manage and mentor a small design team.
So I'd describe myself as someone who moves comfortably between creative direction and the operational side: I can set a design vision, but I also build the process and tools that let a team execute it at scale.
